isofr.org is owned and operated by First Responder. First Responder respects your privacy and has written this Privacy Policy so that you are aware of the information First Responder collects from you, how that information is protected, and how it is used.

All information collected through, or submitted to, the Website is owned by International Society of First Responders (First Responder). First Responder is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other sites linked to the Website. First Responder encourages users to read the privacy policies of Web sites when they connect to them through the First Responder Website.

VII. FIRST RESPONDER COMMUNICATIONS:

Occasionally First Responder will notify its users of updates and other valuable information about First Responder and the Website. In order to minimize the occurrence of SPAM, all e-mails from First Responder will clearly be from First Responder, contain First Responder-related content, and will have an First Responder return address. If you wish to remove yourself from any update e-mails, as detailed in this Privacy Policy, please login, visit the "My Account" page on this web site, choose "No" for the question "Send me The Responder Newsletter".

Additionally, all e-mails from First Responder will include instructions on how to unsubscribe from these specific future mailings.

VIII. CONTACT US:

If a user elects to contact First Responder through the "Contact Us" page on this site the user is asked for their name, e-mail address, and a message containing their inquiry. First Responder stores this data in order to reply to the submitted inquiry. Once a user contacts First Responder, the submitted information is then owned by First Responder and subject to the terms detailed in this Privacy Policy.

You relinquish any and all rights to suggestions, ideas or other content that you submit to the First Responder Website. The act of submitting suggestions, ideas or other content to the Website, First Responder, or any of its Providers does not, in itself, create an agreement of any kind between you and First Responder. IX. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13):
